TurboCar was a Miami shop that bought wrecked (salvage) luxury cars at auction, repaired them and sold them to end customers.
It was my first acquisition: $160,000, in July 2024. It reached $2.5 million in sales.
In March 2026 I sold the inventory and closed it. I learned what a business with rent, staff and licenses costs before understanding it.
